Bananas Over Breakfast

Breakfast has got to be my favourite meal of the day. It's easy to get into the habit of pouring out a big bowl of cornflakes and a caffeinated drink as big as your head that you almost forget that breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day and the best way to kick start your metabolism. So today I give you berry goodness, bananas and of course peanut butter.

These are some of my favourite breakfasts to have at the moment while the weather is still being kind and strawberries are at our disposal.

 Under this rather inviting helping of strawberries, blueberries and bananas is a nut granola mix and soya milk.

This is my usual to go breakfast at the moment. Muesli, strawberries and bananas with soya milk.

This is the most recent of my breakfasts and it's starting to incorporate warm berries to deal with the increasingly colder mornings. Underneath the berries is, in all its goodness, peanut butter on spelt bread.

Oh this bowl of deliciousness? It's another warm one for you.  Muesli, chi seeds, cinnamon, honey, banana, strawberries and soya milk popped into the microwave for a couple of minutes.
